What is a library?
Is a library the books or is it the building?
On reflection, it is clear that one cannot exist without the other.
Among the many applications of this metaphor, few are as appropriate as a company. A company is synonymous with enterprise. The alignment of effort, interests and objectives of a human group. The union of knowledge, skills and specialisation to live a shared adventure.
A journey of thousands of kilometres begins with a single step. Normally, the higher and further away the goal, the more difficult it is to take the first step and then it is equally or more difficult to keep walking. As you progress, it becomes more evident that the purpose is the path itself, that there is no end to reach and that life rewards with greater and new difficulties those who have overcome past difficulties.
Difficulty is nothing more than a privilege that only those who overcome it have.
Like any other company, AGF is a human team in constant evolution, enjoying the difficulties and challenges they are capable of achieving.
This entry is intended as a tribute and recognition of the human story behind the company.
To those who bet on a strange, difficult and unorthodox project. To those who believed it was possible when it seemed impossible.
To the technicians who have designed and built biogas and biomethane upgrading plants, which have a considerable environmental and economic impact every day. People capable of developing new processes and plants, living on the crest of the wave of uncertainty that exists from the blank page to the industrial reality of new processes and plants.
To the magicians of plant operation who, unfazed by the ups and downs of reality, manage to turn shit into gas and gas into money.
To the artists who have sought beauty in every design, in every paragraph to be read, in every pipe layout and in every logic of control.
To the scientists and technicians who, in the most precarious circumstances and in the greatest of shortages, put AGF PROCESOS BIOGAS SL on the market; and who continue to make it synonymous with technological innovation, with much still to be said.
To the developers who have trusted us, it would not have been possible to get this far without their personal and entrepreneurial courage.
AGF’s greatest achievement is its philosophy and culture of hard work, the result of which has been individual and collective maturity.
The main assets are its knowledge and its people.
AGF’s recognition and gratitude go to all those who have been and are part of this incredible adventure.
